Safety assessment of a multifunctional machining centre
Šponiarová, Petra ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the safety of the multifunctional machining centre of TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s. In order to assess the safety of the multifunctional machining centre and the safety of the workers involved in its manufacture and assembly, it was first necessary to familiarise ourselves with all the legislation, which includes EU harmonisation and OSH legislation. Harmonised legislation is followed by harmonised technical standards. Compliance with the basic safety requirements of the relevant harmonised standards is a prerequisite for meeting all the requirements of harmonisation legislation. One of the basic requirements before placing a product on the EU market is to carry out a risk analysis. This has been done by correcting and supplementing the risk analysis of the milling machining centre, on whose design the analysed machining centre is based, to meet the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 12100:2011. Particular attention was paid to the production and assembly stage, where several standard production and assembly procedures were selected. Flow charts were drawn up for these selected procedures and a risk analysis was carried out using the FMERA method, which was developed by modifying the FMECA method. For each risk, measures were proposed to ensure that it was reduced to an acceptable level.
Workpiece conveyor
Vaníček, David ; Hermanský, Dominik (referee) ; Dokoupil, Vladimír (advisor)
This master‘s thesis is focused on the design of manipulator for crankshaft handling in flexible production lines. The first part describes the types of production lines and possible ways of inter-operative manipulation. With regard to the suitability of their use, a suitable variant is selected, which is then conceptually processed and verified by technical calculations. The final conclusion is the verification of the design in terms of safety. Part of the master‘s thesis is technical drawing documentation.
Safety assessment of operator activities for WHN 13 CNC horizontal boring machine
Nohavica, Radek ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The diploma’s thesis deals with the current state of requirements for products resulting from directives of the European Parliament and the European Council. The aim of the thesis is a system analysis of the issue, proposal and justification of the chosen procedure for solving the objectives. Furthermore, the analysis of requirements of current standards and safety analysis related to the work of machine operators in the areas of operation, service and maintenance of horizontal boring machine WHN 13 CNC. The analysis is followed by a proposal for preventive measures for hazards where the value of risks and criticality is unacceptable, leading to their reduction.
Safety Assesment of the Šišma Dam during Floods
Škrach, Mikuláš ; Jareš, Zbyněk (referee) ; Jandora, Jan (advisor)
The aim of te bachelor‘s thesis is to evaluate the Šišma Dam during floods. The evaluation is done according to the requirements ČSN 75 2935. The result of the assessment is the evaluation of current condition of body of dam, bottom outlets and spillway and the subsequent proposals.
Review of report ÚJV DITI 2301/1308 – Analýzy dopadu zvýšení výkonu na hodnocení radiačního bobtnání, radiačního tečení a IASCC VČR
Štefan, Jan ; Gabriel, Dušan
This technical report has been elaborated for the State Office for Nuclear Safety (SÚJB) in the framework of expert support in the field of strength and durability assessment. The report was elaborated as a review on the technical report: ÚJV DITI 2301/1308: Analýzy dopadu zvýšení výkonu na hodnocení radiačního bobtnání, radiačního tečení a IASCC VČR elaborated by the staff of the Strength and lifetime evaluation department of ÚJV Řež, a. s. The purpose of the report T575/23 was to provide the SÚJB with an independent review of the statements made by the authors of the ÚJV report. In accordance with the requirement of SÚJB, the emphasis was placed on the material aspects of the issue. The reviewer expressed a favourable attitude towards the submitted UJV report with only one major objection to one aspect of the issue of radiation swelling and a few minor comments of a mostly formal nature.
